We have put both value propositions up side by side to make a point about how we operate. We believe a modeling agencies competitive advantage starts and ends with the models they represent. This focus enables our brand partners to be able to leverage some of the most talented, effective, and brand representative models on the market. We offer the following to any prospective partners:
- Higher returns in a specialized market: We strongly believe most consumer brands today are ineffectively marketing to the adolescent, college, and young professional female market with their model selection. We only manage a certain type of model who is able to more effectively influence this cohort.
- Worry free: We operate on simplicity and trust and aim to form long term partnerships with our brand partners. We structure every agreement, contract, and relationship on exactly that. You will know exactly what you are getting, how much you will owe and have peace of mind that after the shoot wraps, you will never need to deal with any unflattering noise.
- Aligned incentives: Our team does not run this business to maximize our own profits. We all have enough money to retire and live happily. We are ex-consultants with MBAs from one of the top 5 business schools in the world. We run this to do right by the models we manage, but also to grow our brand partners businesses. We support flat fee transactional campaigns, but also relish the opportunity to partner with brands and utilize our leadership teams business/marketing experience and our managed models in a value based billing contract, to form a hands on partnership and define/execute a cohesive and effective marketing strategy together.
- Privacy: We have no interest in showboating or putting your logos on our website. We will never use your use case or our joint success to try to sell to other partners. Simply put we only care about the challenge and not the credit. We only want to work with brands who value our value proposition and assess our team as value additive to their businesses during scoping agreement discussions.
